We had a wonderful experience with Jacqueline Lyday. My father recently passed away and we had a very tight deadline to help my mother move, and after interviewing numerous agents, my mum had a good feeling about Jackie based solely on vibes. Jackie didn't know much about gardening, which was the main selling point of the property, but she had a gameplan ready to go while she was walking around the property, getting to know not just the history, but the story of it, including us. She is super responsive on text/email/phone, and always had a plan of action. Plus she has a great social media presence and the reel she created of our house almost made us want to put an offer! She knows the market really well and priced it perfectly so that it ended up selling at 25K over asking! We trusted her judgment on all her suggestions. She made some excellent staging suggestions, which we implemented that helped secure a good deal. She also let us know the pros and cons of certain offers we received that seemed great, but there were some nuances we weren't aware of until she pointed them out. Selling a home can be stressful, but Jackie and London Properties made the entire process completely seamless - so much so that we were able to go on a cruise while the listing went live and offers started rolling in. Instead of worrying about the property, we were enjoying ourselves because Jackie had things covered: showings, communications, offer negotiations - all of it - with total confidence and care. She kept us updated just enough to feel in the loop but never overwhelmed us. It was clear we were in expert hands. Every step, from staging advice to final paperwork, was handled with efficiency and professionalism. She even managed the timeline so perfectly that we returned home relaxed and ready to close. If you are looking for a Realtor, look no further. Jacqueline was a blessing when we were looking for a new home. After working with another Realtor for 6 months, viewing around 12 homes, making 4 offers in which two of those offers were accepted - but our Realtor unfortunately did not know how to close. One seller decided "to rent instead of sell" (after title company cashed our check and we purchased furniture) and the other seller was in a hurry - but couldn't get a hold of our Realtor (she wasn't answering her phone at that time) so they changed their minds. After the heart break & huge disappointments, we decided to call Jackie. She showed us 3 homes in one day and we made 1 offer. Jacqueline refused to take no for an answer.
